Initial Phone Call
We talk. A free 30-minute call where you tell me about your pet and I answer your questions. No pressure, no pitch.

In-Home Consultation
I come to you. Before care starts, I visit your home to meet your pet on their own turf and go over their routine in person.

Consistent Care Begins
Care starts. You get updates after every visit. Your pet gets someone who already knows them.

Kim is beyond excellent and uniquely gifted and compassionate with animals! She catsits for us and our next door neighbors. Kim helped us identify our neighbor's cat and came to our neighborhood on a Friday night during the holidays when it had been raining to get the cat back for its owners. "Kim is absolutely WONDERFUL. She is the reason I am able to go away for my bachelorette and wedding, and not have to worry about my 2 cats. I have some pretty severe anxiety leaving my cats because of a really terrible experience I had a couple of years ago. My mom kept raving about her new dog walker and how much she loves her. She told me she also does cat sitting and shortly after, I began talking to Kim. She came over to meet my babies and was so sweet the whole time. One of my cats is a little anxious guy, and she knew exactly how to try to approach him without doing too much. I expected him to hide when she got near him but he did really well! While her and I were talking about the dates I need her help, she gave me the space to share about my worries and anxiety, and reassured me through it all. She even let me talk through some “what if” scenarios and made me feel so much more comfortable. Of course I will miss my babies so much when I go on my bachelorette, but I have no doubt in my mind that Kim will go above and beyond to give them the attention they need.
